ARHFA World Championship Rope Horse Futurity 2025
Date: October 29th – November 2nd, 2025.
Location: Tri State Fairgrounds, Amarillo National Center, Amarillo, TX
Judges: Robbie Boyce, Jody Ramer, Kevin Stewart, and Nick Sarchett
Check Pre Entries: August 11, 2025 to September 14th, 2025
*All check payments must be mailed priority mail by September 15th, 2025.
Credit Card Entries: August 11, 2025 to October 7th, 2025 by 10pm MST.
Late Entries (Credit Card Only): October 8th, 2025 to October 12th *Late fee applies
*Refunds Allowed from August 12-October 5, 2025, substitutions only after October 5th. *See Rules for more information
Substitutions: Oct. 6-23rd by 5pm. Must fill out Substitution form.
Entry Fees: All Fututrity Classes $2000 (All in one Fee)

G. Open Rider Qualification rules to enter the 2025 ARHFA World Show
All Open riders must compete at a minimum of (2) two ARHFA sanctioned seasonal events, before the World Championship Show.
Exhibitors that are primary or current residents of Brazil, Canada, or Mexico do not have to abide by these rules.

Didn't Qualify?
ARHFA management has decided to offer a “Buy In” for 2025 for those riders that didn’t make it to (2) two seasonal events. The “Buy In” is $5,000 per rider that is not qualified to attend the ARHFA World Show. Once the rider pays the “Buy In” fee he or she can enter the ARHFA World Show. Riders will still pay all entry fees, late fees if the apply, substitution fees if they apply, office fees, admin fees, event fees, and any other fees associated with enter the ARHFA World Show.
Entering and Want to get Paid?
All contestants entered in the ARHFA World Show must complete the Payee Declaration Form prior to the event. This form determines who will receive any winnings and must accurately reflect how the payee files taxes.
Winnings will not be paid without a correctly completed form on file.

🔺 Even if you completed a W-9 earlier this year, this form is still required.

2025 ARHFA World Show Rules
We’ve made important updates to the ARHFA World Show rules for 2025! These changes are designed to improve fairness, streamline entry procedures, and enhance the overall experience for exhibitors, owners, and spectators. All participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding the new rules prior to entering.
Current Coggins and Health papers are required.
Stalling
Stalls can be reserved on the ARHFA website through the Open Stalls link. You will be able to pick your stalls off of a map of the stall area, so be sure to book early if you want good stalls. All sponsors that are a GOLD sponsor and above all have VIP access to book stalls before the general public. ARHFA will send a VIP password to each qualifying sponsor to go online to book stalls.
Media Credentials
Media credentials are required for all photographers. videographers, and media personnel attending the 2025 ARHFA World Show. Credentials must be obtained in advanced through ARHFA Management, and access to designated media areas will be limited to those with approved credentials.
