ARHFA requires that everyone who enters an ARHFA or OLD WEST event must declare to whom the payback goes before the event. ARHFA will not pay any winnings unless this form is completed and filed correctly to reflect how the payee files taxes.
Payee forms must be updated yearly.
Media Passes
All photographers, videographers, and media personnel must obtain approved media credentials to capture photo or video content at the 2026 ARHFA Sun Circuit Show. Media credentials are required for any content, including photography, videography, and digital media coverage.
Unauthorized media activity is prohibited.
