Before the start of the show, you are entering all owners, and riders must be current members of the ARHFA. Memberships expire on December 31st each year. If the Rider and Owner are the same person, you only need to purchase (1) membership. 

 

New in 2025, the ARHFA office is double-checking that the owner on the horse’s papers you enter is the same as the owner you put on the entry form at the time of entry. If it does not match, you must purchase a membership for the owner on the horse’s registration paper. If you haven’t transferred your horse’s papers to the right owner’s name, we highly suggest you do that now to avoid paying a membership for the old owner on your horse’s registration paper. The ARHFA online entry program is now directly connected to the AQHA and APHA databases, so it will flag any information you enter incorrectly, such as current owners on record with these associations.
